Jen Carey

I have been teaching spin classes for about a year now and I'm currently in the process of getting various certifications including Silver Sneakers, Yoga, and Group Fitness Instructor.  Most of the rest of these certifications will be completed by this fall.  I also currently teach a rejuvenation class which is a combination of a guided meditation and basic yoga moves.  I am also a level 3 Reiki practioner.
