I have a lifelong love affair with fitness. I used to be a desk-bound journalist (print and online publications) and still am a freelancer, but a few years ago I fulfilled a dream of owning my own fitness facility and have been busy building the business with my partner ever since. That's meant taking every quality fitness training I could sign up for so I not only knew what was happening in my group ex room, but also could "walk the walk" with my instructors and ensure safe, effective workouts for all fitness levels. I've created several new programs as well, including a new super-successful small group training for women that's gotten incredible results in a short period of time. My motto: if it's not fun, people aren't gonna come back and do it again!
