I have been teaching in the fitness industry since 1995 as a group finess instructor in Massachusetts. I have taught both free style class (boxing, step, abs, hi low, spin) and prechoreographed classes (Les Mills). I enjoy bringing fitness and fun to the participants in my classes. I currently teach BodyPump, Spin, and BodyAttack, and BodyStep at Orchard Hills Athletic Club. I love being a group fitness instructor because it keeps me healthy, strong, and reduces stress. I truely believe that exercise is a key component in overall health and well being.
