I am a lawyer. I have 300 hours world alliance yoga certification, and a certificate in Restorative Yoga. I am also in the process of studying towards 500 hour certification. In addition, I am a certified YMCA fitness instructor, and a Strong By Zumba Instructor.
I have studied dance - ballet, jazz and hip hop for over 30 years, and run marathons and half-marathons for the last 25 years. I have studied yoga for 10 years, and am an advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner. I specialize in teaching ashtanga flow and restorative yoga. I also teach fitness - choreography and strength training.
Since 2021, I have been teaching group fitness classes at gyms and community centres to adults 50+, as well as line dancing and chair yoga and fitness.
