Hi, I’m Erin!
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, ACE health and nutrition coach, and pre/post-natal fitness trainer. I have been involved professionally in the fitness industry since 2010. In my spare time, I love to spend time at home or out and about with my husband and kiddo.
I love to share my passion for fitness with my clients and always try to make workouts challenging but fun. I primarily use a circuit training style to increase intensity and efficiency in each workout. All of my workouts also include balance and mobility components because I feel it is vitally important to not only tone and shape the muscles that make you look good but also strengthen, stretch, and release the muscles that give you great posture and stabilization. I enjoy working with clients who are new to resistance training or those returning to the gym after some time off. I also specialize in prenatal and post-partum health and fitness, as well as the active aging population. If you’re a regular gym rat, don’t worry – I will create a workout plan that adds new twists on standard exercises to add some pep to your workout program. And all of my personal training is just that – personalized to meet your goals, needs, personality and schedule.
As a health coach, my role is to help you sort through all of the nutrition and health information that you are bombarded with and find a path to the approach that fits YOUR current life. True health means that you have found a place of balance in your nutrition and hydration, exercise, sleep, stress level & stress management, interpersonal relationships, personal body image preferences, medical, mental, financial, and spiritual life. It’s a lot to juggle and that balance can be ever-changing, even in the best of circumstances. Throw in work, family, school, and health stresses and it can be overwhelming! When we meet for your initial health coaching session, we’ll work to clearly define your goals and consider your (actual, not idealized) priorities and responsibilities, to find a way to make it all work in a maintainable way. From there, we can schedule regular check-ins to keep you on track and adjust things as needed.
