I started teaching in the 80's when Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda were all the rage. I progressed with the fitness industry becoming certified with Dr.Tony Abbott. I taught at various facilities throughout Ft. Lauderdale Fl. In 1994 a private gym ""About Fitness"" came to town, then LA fitness appeared in 1998. I have continously honed my skills as a fitness professional with the LA fitness family. I have served as aerobics coordinator and teach 6 classes a week on average. I love the healthly lifestyle and really enjoy instructing others. I am very excited about joining your team!!! The massage side of my life compliments the whole wellness aspect. I am available for waxing and facials as well.
