Growing up in a very athletic family set the stage for my passion for fitness. I became teaching for Bally's Total Fitness, at there Cincinnati location in 1993 and have been teaching ever since. My first love was step aerobics. I since have taught every thing from water aerobic pregnancy classes, senior high low, spinning, slide and pilates just to name a few. Over the years I have been the director of various fitness clubs' group exercise classes. My love for group exercise classes is very visible in 2011 through my pilates teaching. I find great personal satisfaction from these classes as it truly accommodates all ages and fitness levels. I hope I am able to teach for another 20 years.
