Billie Jo grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Upon completion of her Bacc es libres, she taught ESL in Japan for 3 years where she studies a martial art and became a 'jogger' to stay fit. When she returned to Canada, a few years later, she started cross training to recover from an injury. She turned to indoor cycling and is been hooked on the natural high she gets from the rush of ride. Passionate about health and fitness and wanting to help more people, Billie Jo trained on Gravity Total Body to conduct small group sessions. She inspires participants to new levels through her dynamic teaching and outgoing personality. Join her for a ride and enjoy the rush!
