I am active athlete. My favorite sport is cycle and I love to inspire and teach others the joy of letting lose on the indoor bike and enjoy a safe journey for my riders. Safe from the roads, safe being set up correctly on the bike, safe training zones for their heart and body to work. I also enjoy participating in triathlons so my instructing uses many really life "race" situations which people enjoy. I also play tennis so when teaching group fitness classes, I love to incorporate how this would improve your tennis (or other sports game) by doing certain exercises etc. I am passionate about functional strength exercise, mobility and using your body as a machine.
