Taylor Simmons

I became interested in fitness and nutrition after experiencing my own weight loss journey and discovering the benefits and joys a healthy lifestyle brings.  After being overweight and unhappy for many years, I had my “a-ha” moment and decided that I wanted to do something about it.  I began studying and implementing healthy lifesytle habits, joined a gym for the first time in my life, researched how to exercise, how to eat… my whole life changed. 

My training style and training philosophy are a combination of Jillian Michaels and Joseph Pilates.  I believe that the mind and the body are one being.  You can not use one without the other.  I encourage my clients to “feel” the exercises, learn the muscles their using and learn how get the most out of their bodies.  When the mind and the body are working together, your body will transform.  I also believe that if your going to put in the time, you should make it matter.  I expect my clients to work hard, do their homework, make changes and get results.  It is my job to make sure this happens.

I want all of my clients to change.  I want every client to meet their goals and I want them to brag about doing so.  I know firsthand that it is life changing to watch yourself accomplish goals.  And I want to help you change your life.
