As a fitness enthusiast myself, I have found my true calling! I graduated from Penn State with a BS in Nutrition as well as an MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. My passion lies in creative fitness programming development and teaching group fitness, but I have a wide variety of experience in other areas such as health promotion, corporate wellness, personal training, cooking courses, nutrition, management and fitness assessment. I have experience developing and providing programming for all ages from camp-aged children to teenagers, as well as college students, employees and senior citizens. I really enjoy working with people and can do both of those things in my management role with my staff and also in my customer service role with the membership base. I have been teaching group fitness for 7 years after taking an intensive training course at Penn State. I have experience teaching many class formats and can modify any workout to meet both member needs and physical abilities. Some of my favorite classes to teach are Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, Zumba, Step, Strength, Core and BOSU as well as Circuit and Interval style classes. My enthusiasm, energy and love of group fitness shows no matter the class format or fitness audience. I would love the opportunity to share my passion for fitness with others in a vacation setting. I truly believe there is time for fitness anywhere and everywhere as long as it is safe and enjoyable.
