Janet Ogden

Fitness and hospitality have been my passion, hobby and job for many years.  I have been teaching group fitness classes since 1990 and maintain CEC's and other requirements, such as CPR, etc. on an on-going basis.  I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration and much experience in the hotel and restaurant business; I worked for Marriott Hotels for over 4 years and have many years of experience in the restaurant and food distribution business.  My true passion and "second" job has always been fitness.  I have been employed by several health club/gyms that changed based on relocation.  I have been with my current gym "Lady of America" for the past 10 years.  I am a sub-contractor and maintain my insurance coverage on an annual basis.  I teach a variety of classes and plan to get aqua and cycle certified within the next year.
