Melissa Korte-Saunders

Melissa Korte-Saunders is the Yoga Coordinator at Lifetime Fitness in Westminster, Colorado. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. She also teaches small group and individual Reformer Pilates under the direction of June Kahn. She is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, with specializations in Water Aerobics, Indoor Cycling and Core and has taught a wide range of classes targeted at different age and experience levels. Mel previously worked as an elementary special education teacher in Austin, Texas. She has taught health and fitness classes in Texas and the Middle East before moving to Colorado. She enjoys running and playing with her young son.
