Lisa Lindsey

I am the owner of Fitness 407, LLC where I specialize in "In-Home" Personal Training and Corporate Wellness here in Orlando, FL. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I've been teaching and training for over 10 years.  I currently teach and train at Nemours Children's Hospital, Lake Nona Golf & Country Club and Voxx International Corporation. Exercising brings me so much joy in life and I want to spread that to others in the Orlando area and help them reach their goals. I love to educate and motivate and seeing people reach their weight loss goals is truly rewarding.

I love to travel and still try to maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road and I would like to bring that to a resort to help vactioners like myself stay on track. Fitness should be fun especially while on vacation. I'm positive and very outgoing and would love the opportunity to teach in a fun location and meet new people.
