Fitness has always been an integral part of my life and I have enjoyed many kinds of fitness over the years.  Yoga however, is my passion.  My interest in yoga began in the spring of 2008 when I had been debilitated by a chronic pain issue for more than sixteen months.  I went to my first yoga class looking for rehabilitation and pain relief.  I found much more than that.  My pain disappeared, my strength and flexibility improved but most of all, yoga provided me with a view inward, to a new calm and peaceful way of being.  In June 2011, I completed my Power Yoga Teacher Training Program and am certified to teach power, hot and hatha yoga. I love sharing yoga and all of its many benefits with beginners or experienced practitioners.  I encourage my students to create their own space on their mat while benefiting from the energy of the group.  My classes are fun, challenging, supportive and encouraging for all levels.  I hope to see you soon!
