Currently I am a Group Fitness Instructor at a local YMCA. I teach TurboKick which is a high intensity, cardio kickboxing class with some dance funk!  I also teach Latin Hip Hop / Zumba where I get people to come out of their shells and dance!  I am also certified in PiYO which is a combination of pilates and yoga which focuses on body strength. I can also teach various forms of boot-camp and kickboxing w/punching bags as well!
