I have extensive training and professional experience in Dance, Pilates and Yoga. I have experience in Pre-natal, Post-natal, injuries and elderly populations. I believe in challenging the body and the mind in a dynamic way to achieve balance and create better posture and tone. I believe that muscular balance relieves tension in the body, creates a wider range of motion, creates efficient movement and joint mechanics, and strengthens the body. Having a strong, well connected core stabalizers and body awareness is the best injury prevention. I work hard with private clients and group classes toward the goal of true wellness, connection, and confidence.
