I'm a fitness enthusiast who is excited to share the wonderful benefits of exercise with others in a resort setting! I've taught at a variety of gym and dance studio settings for the past 15 years. As a fitness instructor, I have taught cardio kickboxing, yoga, step aerobics, body scultping, stability ball and zumba. Exercise is beneficial not only for physical health and strength but it also has many mental health benefits. Exercise can be individual or a family event. My own two children have seen their mother exercise her whole life and they both understand the importance of maintaining a health body. I strongly believe that group fitness is the best type of exercise for many as it offers support, a fun atmosphere and friendships that can last a life time.
