I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. My love for activity, exercise and wellness has led me to this career to help people find that exercise and actitivity is such an important role for overall health, enjoyment of life and helps improve quality of life.

My personality is upbeat, motivational and creative to keep people wanting to come back and get more! I love to encourage people to try harder and not quit. I love seeing them achieve goals - big and small. Even the most sedetary person can make improvement by just trying a little more each day.

I am always looking for new, exciting ways to be active and experience life to the fullest. I am hoping to do this through this organization.

My job has given me a wide range of experience and education. I lead group personal training in which I would create variety each day including pool exercises in shallow and deep water, lap swimming, hydo-rider, pregnancy fitness, bosom buddies, warm water therapy and more; TRX,  Cycle,  Bootcamp, body blast, PIYO, golf flexibility, stretching and strengthening, free weights, machine weights and more.
