Kaylee Suitors

Owner/operator of a CrossFit affiliate in north Texas for over a year and a half. We teach small group strength and conditioning. We teach from ages 6-80, constantly varied functional movements performed in a competitive environment at a high intensity. Our one hour long class consist of group warmup, skill session (covering olympic lifting, gymnastics or basic body movement mechanics), and a short high intense WOD (workout of the day) at the end. The WOD is timed or measured and provides an exciting competitive edge to fitness.
