Suzanne Garza

My group fitness passion started in 1998 when I fell in love with Indoor Cycling. Once a member, I was soon recruited by 24 Hour Fitness and rapidly became an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. Now, I teach Cycling, Boot Camp, Core Training, Body Scuplting, Body Pump, Rep Reebok, Reebok Core Training, Total Conditioning, and Basic Training for 24 Hour Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, and local country clubs. My desire to help others accomplish their goals pushed me to also become a Personal Trainer. I take both avenues very seriously and work hard at helping others define their goals and body at the same time. I would love the chance to challenge your guests by providing them a fun, yet challenging workout. I want to give a ""vacation"" a new definition.
