Darla Gifford

I have been a student of yoga for many years and became certified this year when I learned that there were opportunities to travel to resorts internationally as a yoga instructor.  I am the Director of Purchasing for a manufacturing company in Topeka, KS.  I enjoy taking yoga classes and participating in all kinds of fitness activities including weight training, tennis, bicycling, and ballroom dancing.  I am the mother of 2 sons and 1 daughter and the grandmother of 3 fabulous grandchildren.  I teach a weekly class of 14-15 yr. old young women at church and love spending time with youth and children.  I enjoy teaching of any kind and continuous learning.  My husband and I love to travel to beautiful beach destinations and love the all inclusive resorts.
