I am a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I have experience teaching yoga to small groups as well as individuals. I have had training in vinyasa, iyengar, mi-an, yin, restorative, and hatha styles of yoga. Additionally, I have have been trained to teach meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mudra work. I am also in my final year of graduate school for my doctorate in psychology. I have extensive experience teaching meditation and breathing techniques, two important parts of yoga, within that setting to groups and individuals.
