Emily Schultz

I first discovered yoga in 2000 at the Columbus, OH branch of It's Yoga and continued my practice on and off until traveling to San Francisco in April of 2004 to take the Teacher Training Course at the original It's Yoga center with founder Larry Schultz. Now a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, I continue to grow and learn yoga through maintaining my daily practice, regular study and taking on many opportunites to teach yoga on a daily basis at various facilites. As an instructor and daily practioner, I continue to be surprised and thrilled over the positive effects yoga has on my body and mind and the joy that teaching has brought me.
