I have the ability to motivate people in fitness activities and have been a part of the industry for 15 years. I currently teach 4-6 days a week and teach a variety of classes from step to step/circuit, I teach muscleworks classes which include proper technique for weight lifting. I also teach a variety of classes that includes kickbox, hip/hop, high/low and stretch classes. I attend seminars frequently to maintain my certification and remain current in changing trends.
