I have a degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH (1997) I relocated to SouthWestern Indiana from the West Coast and attained a job with the YMCa of SouthWestern Indiana where I used my years of personal experience in fitness to achieve certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise Instruction.
