I have several years of personal training and group exercise experience at world-class health and fitness organizations. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the TRX Suspension Trainer for Group Fitness. I can be found at Club H Fitness locations across Manhattan as an Elite level personal trainer and group instructor where she teaches the following classes: Pump, Urban Rebounding, Abs Back & Butt, ABSolutely, Pump & Jump. I put together a 45 minute class based on the scientifically proven Tabata protocol - a fast paced, high intensity interval class that focuses on increasing athletic performance, maximum oxygen output and burning fat. I am a National NPC Figure competitor and fitness model. I have graced the pages of Oxygen magazine and can be seen in several fitness videos. As a trainer, my philosophy is quality over quantity to achieve desired results, while keeping workouts varied, challenging and fun.
