Cassey Ho

I am a group fitness instructor, Pilates instructor, YouTube fitness guru, healthy living blogger, and yoga bag designer. I've been teaching Pilates and group fitness for over 6 years and am in love with all things health and exercise related. I am known for my dynamic and creative classes and members love that I am able to create such an encouraging and positive environment. My fitness videos have been viewed over 3 million times and am extremely influential in the blogging community as well. Additionally, because I run my own business, I am flexible with my time to travel. I am so excited to get started in this program if everything runs through smoothly!
