I am a married mother of 3 and have been fortunate enough to stay home with my children while working my fitness career around their schedules. I have been a group fitness instructor for 16 years. I started my career teaching Aqua X and then moved on to land aerobics, targeting the active older adult and deconditioned participants. In addtion I have taught Yoga, Step aerobics, Cardio Ball and Balletone. I have been a licensed Zumba instructor for 3 1/2 years. I teach 14 classes a week.
