I have always been active in sports since a young child.  Once injuries starting to slow me down and my Dr told me to start doing some weight training or risk worse injuries, I got involved with muscular development.  This allowed me to continue doing the things I have always loved to do.  Personal Training and group fitness classes were my way of teaching others the importance of staying fit and functional.  And of course getting paid to work out with others is sweeeet!  Im 46 now which no one believes, and Im hoping to be the next Tony Horton.  Bring it!
