I routinely lead multiple classes per day, and have gained a reputation for being in close alignment with my clients' needs. I believe in a balanced yet energetic approach to fitness. I am focused on total wellness. Strength training, flexibility training and core strengthening is where people will see the most results, in my opinion. I strongly believe workouts should be fun, enjoyable and they should leave you feeling empowered! While I think people need to push their boundaries, I also know it is important to listen to your bodies and understand what your body needs. Healthy eating plus a total body workout will leave one feeling strong and full of vitality! A compilation of workouts using weights, calisthenics, stability balls, bosu and frankly, just our own body, is my ideal regimen of training. I practice interval training (indoors or out!) and make 1 hour feel like you have accomplished so much!
