is Gina’s personal biography
I have been teaching aerobic since
1996. I have always participated in sports.
Coming from an Italian family food was and is a major part of our lives.
However, watching my Mother in constant back pain and suffering from high blood
pressure as well as diabetes, made me realize my life had to change if I wanted
to be healthy and physically fit as an adult. Therefore, I have continued my
life in the field of fitness. I started teaching aerobics in Germany and I fell
in love with the sport. I then moved to America and volunteered, at the YMCA as
an instructor, and gained the appreciation to fitness. I started to accumulate many
National recognized certifications. Kickboxing, Brown belt in Karate, Pilates,
and Zumba! By this time, I was devoted to fitness and
became a Gym Owner. I continued to gain valuable information about fitness
industry.
I realized then my true passion is helping people achieve a
healthy, clean lifestyle.
I love teaching, Total body fitness, Pilates, Rope burn, and
Kickboxing. I also train small groups, Bender ball, Bootcamps, kettle bell, TRX, and Cycling. I noticed a difference
when teaching smaller number of people and recognize the impact it made on
their lives. So, naturally I became a ISSA Personal trainer. Currently I become a Spartan SGX coach. which is Obstacle course training. Learning new fitness trends keeps me always striving to be better.
