I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life with a preference for group fitness classes, and in particular the Les Mills programs. After I retired from my job in social services, I decided to pursue becoming a fitness instructor and completed Les Mills training for Bodyflow and immediately began teaching. In December 2010, I completed Bodyvive training, which is a program for all fitness levels and ages and combines cardio, functional strength, and core work, with a little yoga for flexiibility.  I also enjoy teaching yoga and pilates classes that I choreograph myself allowing me to make modifications to the programs based on the participants abilities. I currently teach10 classes a week including Bodyflow, Bodyvive, yoga, and a chair yoga, and pilates at three different gyms. Since I am retired from my fulltime job , I would love to combine my love of fitness with my love of travel.

update 22018   I also now am certified in Ballet Barre and Barre Above and maintain a current Group Fitness Certification from AFFAand CPR.  I am currently teaching 12 classes a week including Bodyflow, Bodyvive, chair yoga, BARRE, YOGALATES' and Senior Fitness classes.
