I have been teaching Yoga and Pilates for 8 years and practing for over 10. You would think a Stott Pilates Instructor and Moksha Yoga certified Instructor would have always loved all things mind/body..but that was not the case. I tried Yoga many times throughout the years, having heard of the many benefits, but never really "liked it". In 2002 I decided I would try it once more...but this time I would make myself go for a whole month, and somewhere along the way I started not just liking Yoga, but LOVING it. Yoga was more than physical...it changed my whole outlook. I soon delved into a regular home practice, and read many books as well as took many classes at many gyms and studios and eventually knew my path in life was to teach enrolled . The intention of my classes and my own practice, is to focus on the moments and alignment, leaving room for inspiration to guide us to endless possibilites.
