I am a certified fitness professional and have taught fitness classes for over 18 years. I teach 14 classes a week currently and work exclusively for GoodLife Fitness Clubs of Canada in Ontario, Canada. I teach step, weights, yoga which incorporates some pilates for the core as well as spinning classes. In the past I have worked with some of the high schools in my community helping phys ed teachers with their gym classes. I have also taught classes to the school groups that come into my club. I also am a runner and have often taken on the role of "pace bunny" in marathons and half marathons. Two years ago I qualified and ran the Boston Marathon which was the most difficult and exciting fitness challenge I've ever taken on and am hoping to qualify again in the future. I would love to bring my fitness energy and instructor skills into a resort setting.
