Robert Jones

I grew up in Philadelphia. I went to boarding school must of life at Girard College. When I was in 9th grade i transferred to Lower Merion High School where I played three years of varsity basketball. After graduating high school, I was offered a internship at fitness training center. At the center I helped out the trainers by warming up the athletes and making sure they worked out properly. I had the best time at the job and i made exercise science when i went to West Chester university. While at West Chester I played two years of basketball but things didn’t worked out the way i planned. I ended transferring to Immaculata University where i played two years of basketball, then went on to graduate with a BS in exercise science. Right out of college I was offered a job at a summer camp running there fitness programs. It was a great experience and I learned a lot. Once the summer was over I had to go into the work force. My first job was at the upper main line Ymca. After working at a numerous of gyms i decided to start my own personal training business that I have been running since 2009
