I am a personal training professional. I have ten years experience, and also hold a B.S in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Exercise Science/Psychology. My certification is NSCA-CPT. I love fitness and it would be great to travel with it. I train on average of 30+ hours a week. My specialties include kettleballs, balance, weight loss, strength, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory training. I also am good with sports nutrition and eating well in any environment.
