Matt Freeman

I am a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in exercise physiology. I have been working as a personal trainer since graduating in 2001 and have four years of managerial experience in the fitness industry. Currently I am the fitness center manager at the RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness center in Peoria, IL. The facility is a 120,000 sq. ft. health and wellness center and I am the supervisor of our personal trainers, massage therapists, fitness center staff and group exercise instructors. I have also instructed many group strength training classes such as beginning and advanced strength training for our club.
