Wlaa Weeks graduated from Florida State University in 2008. While at Florida State, he was a football player where he had access to great fitness knowledge and accessibility. While on the football team, the years of intense workouts and training by experts increased Wlaa’s knowledge and passion for fitness. Over time, he expanded his expertise and utilized his knowledge by privately training clients in his free time. Upon graduation, Wlaa relocated to Atlanta where he has established a strong client base.
Wlaa has received nationally recognized Fitness Certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), and is also CPR/First Aid Certified. His expertise in personal health and wellness, coupled with his extensive certifications allows him to expand his approach to training in various ways. Wlaa is available as a Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness Instructor at the Northeast Athletic Club.
Wlaa’s tremendous passion for fitness and health can be seen through his work with his clients and in the community. As a personal trainer in Atlanta, he recently organized a Weight Loss Challenge at the Department of Veterans Affairs, which encouraged and promoted fitness and health through training, aerobics, and healthier eating habits for its employees. Wlaa's personal goal is to help as many people as possible adapt a healthier lifestyle and to become the premier personal trainer in Atlanta for men and women of all ages.
"My goal, as your personal trainer is to always provide you with individualized personal training that is specific to your needs and goals so that you are able to maintain a healthy fitness lifestyle. My goal is to establish a fitness program that gradually improves your health, physical appearance, and your lifestyle. My motivational fitness approach will encourage you and challenge you to reach your full potential. With dedication, hard work and perseverance, your fitness goals will be achieved! I follow the quote from Mark Twain which states, "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.†- Wlaa Weeks
