Ethel A Calhoun

My name is Ethel Calhoun and I have been certified with ACE since 2001.  Since then I have worked both as an artist and fitness professional. I have been a fitness instructor on 3 Gospel tours.  I worked as a Personal Trainer in the Prince George Hotel for homeless clients and clients who are HIV+.  I also teach vigorous fitness classes at my church and work at the Meriden Hotel teaching fitness and Pilates here in New York.  For 3 Years I have been the Guidance Counselor for the Avin Ailey Dance Camp here in New York and recently I was made the director for Ailey Camp Miami 2011 where I mananged, directed, and taught 96 11-14 year olds. My experience as both a mental health professional, fitness instructor, and dancer, make me confident that I can contribute greatly to any environment or population.  "I love what I do and I do it with passion!"
