I have been teaching fitness and doing personal training for 20 years. I have taught high and low impact aerobics, step, slide, aqua, strength training, boot camp, suspension training, sports conditioning, ski conditioning, core strength, spinning, stretch and more! I live in a ski town and train local athletes as well as work for a destination hiking spa. In the summer I teach classes at the spa and I run my own business: Killington Boot Camp. My boot camp is an outdoor interval training workout. I have sessions 12 times a week in 3 towns. I started KBC 5 years ago as a summer class in Killington and now I have expanded to opening a studio and hold year round sessions. I recently added completed a training class with TRX and I am on the White Level in TRX Core. I have competed in multiple Spartan Obstacle Races and I train many local athletes specifically to compete in obstacle course racing.

I have an online training site that clients can access from anywhere in the world. This has proven to be very popular with travellers!
