Ellen McDermott is a certified yoga teacher and gymnastics coach/choreographer with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages & levels. She has a deep connection with the healing powers of yoga, and enjoys helping others find this same connection. Blending an extensive gymnastics & skating background with a passion for yoga, her classes present challenge with unique sequencing that lights up the body, mind & spirit.
Ellen teaches both Vinyasa (active/heat-building) and Yin (deep passive holding) styles because they are perfect complements to each other, and provide the yogi/yogini with a balanced practice.
