I am a grounded, well-rounded individual, a mother of three, (now teens) who has always been healthy and physically fit. After working briefly in marketing and sales, I decided to follow my passion for yoga and embark on a certification to teach adults about the value of yoga for both body and mind. I have been a yoga practitioner for 10 yrs and also have been heavily involved in weight training, running and spinning on a personal level for over 20 yrs. With my teaching certification and basic experience teaching in my community, I hope to bring my positive yet calming energies to people interested in yoga and its benefits.
