Conducted over 50 presentations on Health & Wellness during last 5 years. Training Philosophy: My Mission Statement is: To be of service, help, and educate all people on how to improve the quality of their life. I believe that everyone needs a well-balanced, diverse exercise program. Aging occurs to the body, not because of time, but because of lack of the correct exercise program. Wellness is a way of life and moderation is the key to life.
