Hi, My name is Marisol Sanchez,born and raised in the New York City. I started my fitness career as a dancer in my early childhood days until adulthood. I attended the High School of Performing Arts, danced for Ballet Hispanico and I was a Student of Alvin Ailey Institute.

Dance/ Fitness has always been a big part of who I am . Being Latin growing up in the Bronx I recall helping my mother clean our house while dancing to various Latin beats while we did so. This awesome ritual I did with my mother, I am not doing with my two daughters.

I have been teaching fitness for about 15yrs and Zumba is by far my favorite format. It’s like having a big dance party all the time. I love the positive influence I have on peoples life and love when one of my members come to me and tell me how much they love the class and how it helped them to lose weight. A quote from a one of my favorite songs says, “If get the chance to sit it out or dance just Dance.”   In my class everyone is VIP so come have a Zumba Party with me.  See you in class!
