Amara Kockler

I am a 29 year old Professional Figure competitor.  I started working out and studying exercise and nutrition when I was 16 years old.  In 2006 I decided to get certified as a Personal Trainer for my own knowledge.  I started running at the age of 17, and started training and running races shortly after.  I have competed in many half marathons, Ragnar Relays, 10k and 5ks.  I have continued my healthy lifestyle and enthusiasm for working out and being healthy.  I went to to college and got a BS in Family Studies.  After many years of working in the field of Social work I decided to do what I loved, be a personal trainer.  I got recertified through Fit Tour; I opened my own Fitness Company in 2009 and started competing in Figure Competitions.  After only my third show I received my Pro Card in NGA, for placing 1st overall out of 70+ competitors.  In 2010 I received my Pro Card in ABA organization; I went to Las Vegas for Team USA and qualified for The Natural Olympia representing USA in Reno.  I competed in Pro Figure in both Team USA and Olympia, placing 2nd at USA, and 5th at the Olympia.  I have since been working on my business and growing my cliental.  I love fitness and being healthy.  I love teaching others to be healthy
