I Began taking aerobics in 1990 and was hooked instantly.  I'd always known that one day I'd find my sport.  I'd tried many other sports, and knew instantly that group fitness was it.  In the past 25 years I've taugh Hi/Lo, step, bootcamp, and most recently, aqua classes, sculpting and stability ball.  I am currently certified in aqua classes, and if it opportunity arose I would get a certification in scrlpting and stability ball.  I love teaching classes for people who wouldn't normally go to a group class, and to see them become comfortable and strong.  It's very rewarding to introduce someone to group exercise and see their confidence build and grow.
