I have participated in group fitness classes for over 10 years, 3 1/2 years ago I was 330 lbs, had gastric bypass and lost 200lbs. Since then I had to have a tummy tuck, and my arms tucked and now I look awesome. I have tones of energy and bring in a room full of great students for my kickboxing class, which I teach 3-5 times a week. I love teaching and would like to meet new people and see new things. I HAVE BEEN TEACHING AEROBICS AT THE LOCAL GYM FOR 3 YEARS, SPECIALIZING IN KICKBOXING. I HAVE TAUGHT VARIOUS CLASSES INCLUDING STEP, PILATES, SPINNING, INTERVAL, AND HI/LOW IMPACT. I LOVE WORKING WITH GROUPS AND WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS. I'M VERY HIGH ENERGY AND FULL OF NEW IDEAS. I WOULD LOVE TEACHING THE PUBLIC IN A VACATION SETTING WHERE WE CAN ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE. I LOVE FITNESS AND ENJOY STAYING IN SHAPE AND EATING HEALTHY. I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 8 YEARS.
