Health and wellness have always played a large part in Michelle’s life. She grew up being a healthy and active kid with a passion for keeping fit, sports and playing outdoors. The Fitness and Recreation industry has been a part of her working life for 15 years. She has had the opportunity to work and travel within this industry to well over 35 countries in the world but her love for this beautiful province, family and friends would always bring her back home to the North Shore. Michelle has a diverse post secondary education and is continually furthering her education, improving herself, growing her business and ever evolving within the Health and Fitness Industry. Michelle’s own personal success and motivation comes from seeing her clients empowered to make that permanent lifestyle change creating a physical, mental and spiritual balance. There is so much in life to experience, Michelle loves inspiring others to get living!
