I teach from a place of love and kindness. I encourage openings and awakenings in my students through heart-centric classes designed to allow energy to flow freely through the body and mind. My classes focus on strength, balance, deep-stretching and tapping into inner power.

 

I have been practicing Yoga for more than twenty years, and teaching for over 3 years. I also have an extensive background in fitness and personal training, as well as extensive customer service, management and sales experience at the executive levels.
